Certificates Through Grand River Technical School

- Graduation ceremonies were Friday evening for students of Grand
River Technical School at Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center.
There were 45 graduates with the largest area of study being the collision
technology class from which 13 students graduated.

Grand River
Technical School held its 2008 graduation exercises Friday evening
at Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center with 45 graduates receiving
degrees.
Chillicothe
R-2 Superintendent of Schools Dale Wallace welcomed the graduates
and their families and friends and Ron Wolf, co-director of GRTS,
introduced the keynote speaker - Stan Saunders, pastor of
Cornerstone Church in Chillicothe. After his remarks, the
achievements of several graduates were recognized.
Marla
Harrington, financial aid coordinator, reported that several
graduates had maintained perfect attendance throughout the year:
Zachary Crawford, Christopher Shirk, Jonathan Daniel, Zachary
Gadberry, Adam Minnis, Ryan Roberts, and Chris Henderson.
Several
graduates earned academic excellence awards for their straight
"A" average: Joshua Blankenship, Zachary Crawford,
Christopher Shirk, Jonathan Daniel, Zachary Gadberry, Rodney Hughs,
Adam Minnis, Lauren Waterbury, Chris Henderson, and Kyle Huffman.
Roger Wolf,
co-director of GRTS, then presented the graduates with their
