The Grand River Technical School's 2018-2019 SkillsUSA chapter held its first official meeting on November 16, 2018, at 8:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. to announce the raffle ticket sales' winners, top sellers, and chapter members who earned a leadership award while attending the the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership conference in Bethany, Mo.

The winner of the $500 Casey's gift card was Christey Campbell, sold by Elizabeth Treadway. The winner of the $250 Sliced Bread Market gift card was Candi Gray, sold by Kade Ward.

The top three raffle ticket sellers were: 1st - Megan Sayers, 420 tickets; 2nd - Madison Eller, 401 tickets; and 3rd - Colt Garland, 340 tickets.

Plans were made for the 2018-2019 community service project.
